Flight Head 6s

 

The Flighthead 6s, now with a 360° continuous roll slip ring, is the regular design of Gyro Stabilised Flight Head from Filmotechnic. It can take any film or digital camera package even up to the 3D rigs, IMAX and multicamera array plates

This head has a fantastic reputation as the ‘go to’ head for high speed tracking on the UCRANE and is fitted with the latest GPS GV Horizon that is rock solid in the high G turns.

With its open design, it is ideal for quickly mounting a fully rigged camera, without the need for rebuilding the camera to suit the head.

It can be used on any camera crane, jib arm, tracking vehicle, dolly or cablecam that is rated to take the weight.

The Flight Head 6s can be operated via handwheels, joystick or the optional panbar and can be rigged either over or underslung.
